Farm Holiday Il Poggetto

The "Educational Farm" was born in order to create a direct relationship with those members of the public not familiar with farmhouse accommodation, to teach an understanding of the farming process and enjoyment of the simplicity of country life. Our aim is to impart a knowledge of the food which comes from our products, the production and processing cycle, their various organoleptic properties, the variety of finished products from rural agriculture and the importance of the relationship between man and the environment. We have devised three educational programme options for groups of up to 30 children of infant, junior and lower middle school age.
